Community terms
Last updated: October 21, 2026. These terms cover the Dill community (forum, replies, direct messages and accounts) at dillmadden.com/community. The ebook has its own terms.
1. Who runs this
The community is run by Elijah Ferguson, an individual ("we", "us"). Contact: elijah45040@outlook.com.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not create an account, and we will delete any account we learn belongs to someone under 13. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. Tell us at elijah45040@outlook.com if you think someone else is using it.
4. Free service
The community is free. There are no payments, subscriptions or purchases in it.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, copy and share it on the Dill community and Dill channels, so the service can work. Posts and replies are public. Direct messages are private between the people in the conversation, but moderators may read a message that is reported (see the privacy policy). You promise you have the right to post what you post and that it follows the community rules.
6. Moderation
We may hide, remove or refuse any content, and suspend or ban any account, at our discretion, including for breaking the rules. We don't have to monitor everything and aren't responsible for what users post. To appeal, email elijah45040@outlook.com.
7. Copyright complaints
If you think something here infringes your copyright, email elijah45040@outlook.com with the link, the work you own, and your contact details. We'll remove infringing content and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
8. Not affiliated
Dill is not affiliated with or endorsed by EA Sports, the NFL or its teams, or any college or conference. Game names and team names belong to their owners.
9. No warranty
The community is provided "as is" and "as available". Tips are other players' opinions. We don't promise the service will always be available or error-free, and we may change or shut it down at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything other users say or do. Our total liability for any claim about the community is limited to US $50.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end accounts that break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll post a notice in the community. Continuing to use the community after a change means you accept it.
